Simple Pleasures: Lorys Hair Cream

11:27 PM

Finally, a more a decent blog entry. Yay! Truth is, this is one of my long overdue posts. Notice that it's still my old watermark plastered on these photos. *sigh*

Anyway, getting down to business... One of my favorite hair products, Lorys Deep Moisturizing Hair Cream!

Got intrigued by this product because of the blogs I'm reading. I was able to purchase my first tub when we went to the Phil-Cosmetics Expo last August (or was September? Goodness gracious me...). I got the Shea Butter variant: nourish and shine for curly and dry hair. Oh, I must mention that I have digipermed hair (for 14 months already)...

I have frizzy and damaged hair (I guess it'll forever be that way), and I'm always on the lookout for any product that will help minimize this problem of mine. And this hair cream definitely delivers!
Of course, I didn't experience a miracle (only rebonding or digiperm comes close, tee-hee!), but it surely helped a lot.

I first used it as a once-a-week deep conditioning treatment, leaving it on my hair for 15-20 minutes under a shower cap. Now I'm using it as a daily conditioner which I leave on for 2 minutes before rinsing. My hair became evidently softer and smoother. It also made my hair look better with more shine and less frizz. And it doesn't weigh my hair down.

I'm almost finished with my second 450g tub. I love that it has a lot of product, for just Php185. It goes a long way, even for my almost-waist length, thick hair. Talk about quality without being pricey!

Definitely, this is gonna be a staple in my hair care list. I planning to try Fruit Cocktail next...

 Ja ne!
